Quality Assurance

Vanguard's commitment to excellence starts with its in-house quality department and team of monitors. Incoming product is rigorously checked for all aspects of quality before being approved for distribution. The Quality ethos continues throughout the company covering all aspects of administration and is monitored by trained auditors who maintain the quality awareness of the staff. All business and warehouse departments are regularly examined in order to maintain the company's ISO9002 accreditation. This commitment to quality has enabled continued accreditation since 1992.

 
 


 
 

 

Warehouse & Distribution
Vanguard has freehold facilities consisting of 88292 square feet (8202 square metres) of modern office and warehouse space. The warehouse is divided into controlled areas for the incoming products, and a dispatch area for customer orders awaiting delivery.

Recent improvements have seen the introduction of a 3 tier double deep racking system which coupled with sophisticated stock location software allows the timely and efficient receipt, stocking and distribution of our product.

Through constant development of administration and control, Vanguard has been awarded "Customer Bonded Warehouse" status. The Quality of Vanguard's distribution is assured by the selection of partnership companies who are chosen for their reliability.
